Q41F46 Lined flanged ball valve principle function:

Fluorine lined flanged ball valve is to change the general Q41F floating fluorine lined ball valve, so that the inner wall of the valve body, the exterior of the inner parts are covered with fluorine plastic, and all the places where there is a medium contact are lined with fluorine plastic, so as to achieve corrosion resistance.

The inner cavity and ball are lined with corrosion resistance and aging resistance polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) by high pressure injection molding process. The fluorine lined flanged ball valve has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing property. Widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine and other industrial sectors, to achieve the production process of acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media regulation or cut off, the use of water treatment process control effect is more obvious.
